To register for our courses, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Swiss law.

All course fees are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed by third-party providers.

All content provided on the platform (including but not limited to videos, text, quizzes, and branding) is the intellectual property of Tech Armor GmbH or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without prior written consent.
Users must not use the platform to transmit malicious code, harass others, or engage in unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Tech Armor GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Canton of Bern.
